Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Prospect, qualify, and close new agency accounts across law enforcement, fire, and EMS.
  • Activity creates opportunity.
  • Build Relationships That Last: Agencies move on trust.
  • Own the Onboarding: Bring new clients in smoothly and set them up for long-term success.
  • Use Your Tools: Manage your pipeline in HubSpot, track every opportunity, and report with precision.

  • Sharp Performance is hiring Account Executives to drive growth across law enforcement, fire, and first responder agencies.
  • What You'll Own Own a territory of law enforcement and fire agencies.
  • Your job is to open doors, build trust, close deals, and then grow them.

Nice to have

  • 1-4 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or MedTech preferred.
  • If you're newer to sales but have the background and the hunger, we want to talk.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
