Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
- Ability to climb poles and work aloft up to 30' Pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screening.

- Ability to utilize ladders, crawl spaces, manholes, and trenches to access various installations and construction points as required.
- Work mandatory overtime as required.
- Experienced ground hand preferred Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or GED. Completion of an apprenticeship program in the lineman trade or willingness to learn if no prior experience. Possess a valid Driver's license and a clean driving record. Commercial Driver's license is a plus. Proficient in new build, fiber installation, and pole transfers. Knowledge in building strand, lashing, pole transfers, grounding as well as building and repairing aerial telecommunication lines. Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs.
