About the role
- You'll work alongside consultants and operators at the intersection of applied AI, value-based care (VBC) strategy, and operational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams by conducting research and synthesising findings into clear takeaways
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategy, operations, and transformation workstreams
- Support senior leadership by acting as a bandwidth extension and taking ad-hoc tasks
- Help document current-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and AI enablement
- Support the creation of executive-ready deliverables, including slides, memos, and simple operating summaries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clean, organised slides and summaries
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and collaborate effectively with a small, high-output team
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- comfort working with data and basic analysis
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or Python is helpful but not required
