About the role

We specialize in supporting Specialty and Emergency care hospitals, aligning with your unique goals and medical standards.

Experience in a client service role is preferable, but will train the right candidate
Ability to answer multiple phone lines
Comfort with taking deposits and discussing financial questions with clients
Ability to be discreet and professional when appropriate
One weekend shift will be required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. All current positions require the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Additional fluency in other languages is preferred but not required.

Our CSRs are ambassadors of GSiVS and will be responsible for checking clients in and out of the hospital, booking appointments, taking payments, and fielding busy phone lines.
This position requires experience in a fast-paced customer facing role, and while veterinary experience is preferred, we would happily train and invest in the right candidate.

We are a multispecialty practice with boarded specialists in cardiology and surgery.
