About the role
- This program provides short-term relief to primary caregivers to reduce fatigue and sustain readiness.
- Providers must arrive on time and complete the full scheduled service period.
- AQL: 98% of all scheduled appointments are completed successfully.
Responsibilities
- Provide Respite Care. Qualified providers shall deliver safe, reliable, and compliant respite care services to eligible EFMP family members in accordance with their assigned level and the family's service plan.

- Contracted support enables the Army to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality respite care services to eligible Families.
Requirements
- STD: All services must be delivered in accordance with the duties defined in Section 1.4 (Scope).

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., child development, special education
- A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with at least one year of relevant post-certification experience.
- A minimum of two years of direct, documented experience working with individuals with special needs
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with at least one year of clinical experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, special education) with at least two years of documented experience providing complex care to individuals with special needs.
