Interpret and apply these standards during audits to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Risk Assessment and Audit Planning - Conduct thorough risk assessments for each private company engagement.
Financial Statement Analysis - Analyze financial statements of private companies to assess their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting principles.

Lead Audit Engagements - Manage and supervise all aspects of audit engagements for private company clients, from planning through completion, including clients operating in evolving, fast-paced industries.
Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
Develop comprehensive audit plans that address key risk areas and comply with auditing guidelines.
Team Management and Development - Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the audit process.
Client Communication - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of private company clients.
Budget Monitoring - Develop and manage budgets for private company audit engagements.
Monitor actual versus budgeted expenses and resource utilization, proactively addressing any budget variances and making adjustments to maintain profitability.
