About the role
- Since Playtech's inception in 1999, our approach has been centered on continual development.
- PT Services (Delaware) LLC represents Playtech Live product, and our studios contain hundreds of state-of-the-art cameras, broadcasting in premium HD quality, offering the fastest streaming and highest up-time in the market.
- The Site Manager will represent the New Jersey studio in executive and regulatory forums, as well as prepare and present operational and financial reports to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Implement the company's strategic, operational, and business objectives to support sustainable growth and long-term scalability.
- Develop and execute growth strategies focused on operational expansion, resource optimization, revenue generation, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Knowledge/familiarity with state of NJ gaming regulations/DGE
- Occasional travel within the U.S. and internationally required
- Experience working with 3rd party contractors and vendors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Atlantic City labor market
- Experience in managing a worksite of 100+ employees
Compensation
- Pay Rate: $90,000 - $100,000 yr
- 10 Holidays pay
