About the role

  • This role serves as the primary on-site contact with the government and provides leadership, oversight, and management of complex construction projects across a 490-acre federal training campus.
  • This position requires a highly skilled professional capable of independently managing large-scale commercial and government construction projects while maintaining focus on quality, schedule, budget, safety, and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency in execution across design, construction, renovation, and repair efforts.
  • Support high-level reviews, planning discussions, and campus-wide infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

  • This role requires the ability to see, view, and distinguish all aspects of construction to ensure quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
