Responsibilities
- Take these findings and develop/pitch/initiate process improvements in the areas with the most significant impacts to the organization.
- Meet with project teams on an ongoing basis, facilitate project team next steps through data driven findings on a facilitator and/or (data) analytical support level.
- Meet with business partners regularly and impacted teams to maintain relationships with, and provide high level updates and results to on initiatives.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven ability to be successful in an autonomous work environment
- Intermediate Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Project Management Experience preferred
Compensation
- The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
