About the role
- PIPELINE READY A Dedicated Mortgage Processor is assigned to work directly with a specific mortgage company or a book of business they personally bring in.
- Dedicated Processors act as the main point of contact for their assigned team, managing each loan from submission through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication.
Responsibilities
- In this role, processors handle all loan files coming from the partnered mortgage company (or their own referral network) through our platform.
- This position is ideal for experienced mortgage processors who already work in-house for a Mortgage Company or who have their own established pipeline.
Requirements
- About the role Overview This role is exclusively for a dedicated processor, with Broker/Loan Officers required to submit at least 10 files monthly.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations, underwriting processes, escrow procedures, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in basic math skills to analyze financial documents accurately.
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
