IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions.
Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland.
As the Project Manager, will oversee the operations and maintenance support for the program, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication skills.

Minimum 15 years' experience in facilities construction/modification, with at least 5 of those years in an Intelligence Community setting
Licensed Engineer, Registered Architect, or Licensed Contractor is considered a plus, but not required
Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community missions and functions regarding facilities development and production
Demonstrated experience providing strategic level decisions in a team environment
Provide briefings on project status to NGA Seniors
Manage project information in the IWMS database, ARCHIBUS
