About the role

  • The Customer Success Specialist position is responsible for the on-going management and growth of a portfolio with annual air volume up to $900k.
  • Location United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 - $111,800.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and develop innovative client focused solutions.
  • Lead sales efforts to deliver multiple revenue streams and further penetrate accounts with a focus on driving transactions, premium revenue and supplier revenue
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture and the competitive position of their assigned clients.
  • Create pricing strategies while contributing to the on-going client P & L management.
  • You can connect with colleagues through our global INclusion Groups, centered around common identities or initiatives, to discuss challenges, obstacles, achievements, and drive company awareness and action.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' working in a travel industry.
  • Must be able to identify client needs and come up with innovative solutions
  • Must have strong understanding of the external market and in-depth knowledge of the power of the GBT value proposition.
  • Must be able to identify and understand client needs, motivations and "hot" buttons in order to develop focused solutions.
  • Proven success in consultative selling is required, in addition to demonstrating success in increasing client profitability.
  • High motivation for success and performance required.
  • Proven innovative problem-solving and strong decision making skills required.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn, understand and articulate key product and value services in a variety of contexts.

Compensation

  • Location United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $60,200.00 - $111,800.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.
