About the role
- Looking for a dynamic & compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team!
- Full-Time: Day 7a-7p & Night 7p-7a available, every other weekend schedule.
- Advanced Recovery Systems is a trusted, physician-led behavioral healthcare company dedicated to providing evidence-based, expert care for addiction and mental health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to time schedules Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with patients and staff Ensure that documentation is timely, consistent, clear, accurate and legible.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR
- 1 year patient care experience + Associate's degree required OR
- Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adult patients (18+) preferred.
- CPR and Standard First Aid certification or in process of obtaining preferred.
Compensation
- $18 - $20/hr plus, based on experience. $2/hr Night Shift Differential Paid Time Off: Up to 2 weeks of paid time off per year plus sick pay & holiday pay Retirement: 401K + match Insurance: Health, Vision, Dental, Life & Telemedicine MDLive.

- Prior experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services in roles with emphasis involving direct customer or client service experience, strongly preferred.
