Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI product development across all three pillars, including ideation, design, development, deployment, and performance measurement.
- Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions integrated into the Engagement.AI ecosystem (WithMe CRM and Connext).
- Support evaluation and management of external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships across all three pillars.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and/or AI agents.
- Ability to translate complex business needs across marketing, patient, and commercial operations domains into AI product strategies and scalable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
- Experience evaluating or working with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience & Skills
Nice to have
- Master's degree required, PhD preferred.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel marketing ecosystems, and patient hub operations is a plus.

Compensation
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750 USD.
