Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activities.

- In this role, you will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, design workflows, and implement process improvements that maximize the value of ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant supporting ServiceNow in a managed services or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design.
- You are a skilled facilitator and problem solver who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Skills
- Certified System Administrator preferred.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Some travel is required.
- This may differ from location to location.
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $88K- $132K annually.
