Skills
- Ability to run a significant portion of a project at the appropriate size, as assigned by management.
- Understanding of the core and shell process and/or finishes.
- Knowledge of dispatching and how to interact with unions.
- Basic understanding of pertinent local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of the critical path method of scheduling using systems such as P6 or equivalent.
- Ability to understand cost reports and forecasting for general requirements, along with change order process and tracking.
- Ability to calculate risk.
- Presumes all behavioral competencies of an Assistant Superintendent, and includes:
- Highly developed leadership and management abilities
- including training, employee development, motivation, and effective discipline.
- Highly developed leadership and management abilities; including training, employee development, motivation, and effective discipline.
Compensation
- Range of base pay is $153,000-$168,000.
