  • The Human Resources Manager will lead and execute a broad range of HR functions to ensure efficient operations and a positive employee experience within a professional accounting firm environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Woodbury, NY 11797: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or advanced degree preferred

Compensation

  • The total rewards package at Current includes base salary and benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are competitive within the accounting industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry.
  • New hire offers are made based on a candidate's experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
  • This position offers a competitive salary starting at $125K annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • In addition to the base salary, a commission structure is in place to reward performance and support earning potential.
