About the role
- The Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for finding and growing new enterprise business.
- Effectively communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed the predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and work assigned sales territory, focusing on enterprise opportunities
- Build new relationships with executives and key decision makers within assigned accounts and lead RFPs and other enterprise pursuits
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through Unite Us CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
- Own the hand off of new clients to the Unite Us implementation team.

- Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
- This position is remote, U.S. based. Candidates must reside in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho and Montana to be considered.
- This position may require 30% travel
- The target pay range for this role is: $130,000-$165,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
