About the role

  • The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Collective Investment Trust ("CIT") team.
  • SEI's CIT Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining collective investment trusts under the rules of its direct regulator and standards of the Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service and other regulatory bodies.
  • This team works closely with internal divisions including the ITA, IFS, Compliance, Legal, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project plans and lead conference calls with various parties to coordinate the legal establishment, operational setup and launch of a CIT
  • Strategically assist with the creation of processes or practices that will drive our business forward in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Manage or assist management with other CIT related projects
  • Collaborate with team members to support the needs of our clients as they arise.

Requirements

  • Positivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment.

Nice to have

  • An understanding of Geneva, Investier, Investran, and/or InvestOne is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of alternative investment products is desired
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of collective investment trusts, fund of fund operations, or other pooled investment vehicles is preferred
  • Self-starter with outstanding decision making skills
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Detailed oriented and the ability to work independently or with team members to meet deadlines

Compensation

  • The base salary for this position is $90,000-120,000
