Responsibilities
- As a Real Estate Financial Analyst, you will support our clients and investment decisions by:
- The firm, based in Chevy Chase, MD, owns and manages in excess of $13 billion in assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preference for candidates with internship experience and/or majors in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Accounting and 1-2 years of experience.
- Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, market analysis, and valuation
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Conducting property site inspections and market tours (travel will be required)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to work in office five days per week.
