About the role
- This is a very attractive role with the opportunity to interact with office visitors and will have high visibility to other employees of the firm.
- Track upcoming meetings and set up meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment
- Answer and screen inbound calls on multi-line phones in a timely and polite manner
Responsibilities
- Lead Executive Assistant & Office Manager
- Reporting to the Lead Executive Assistant and Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for providing a range of administrative and operational support at Tyree & D'Angelo Partners.
- Maintain front desk and greet visitors in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
- Maintain office equipment
Requirements
- must be able to work mornings, M-F from 7am-12pm in the TDP Office in downtown Chicago
- Required Criteria (100% must be met for consideration)
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 50 lbs.
