Responsibilities
- Fluent in AI-assisted engineering, with an informed point of view on how AI agents and tooling change the way engineering organizations build, operate, and are shaped
- An excellent communicator and writer, whose impact and leadership is obvious in the artifacts they create to guide their team
- You will lead this multi-team division through its next stage of technical and product transformation.
- This role presents formidable engineering challenges that call for a collaborative and cross-functional approach, necessitating close coordination with product and design teams.
- On the product front - you will solve a number of interesting problems, from developing highly differentiated and sophisticated channel products, to thinking about how we build and position the broad portfolio of channels.
- And across both fronts, you will lead this organization through the AI transition: channel products that are increasingly intelligent and agentic, and an engineering org that leverages AI-assisted development to raise its own velocity and quality bar.

Requirements
- Several years of relevant experience as a manager of experienced managers with a strong track record of transformative success
- Deep credibility in large-scale distributed systems, with the ability to go toe-to-toe with senior engineers on architecture, reliability, and cost efficiency
Compensation
- For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $284,762 and $480,536/year with an expected On Target Earnings ( OTE ) between $320,000 and $540,000/year (including bonus or commission).
- In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
