About the role

  • We are seeking a full-time, passionate QBA to join our team in a hybrid position.
  • This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized care Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs Conduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision making Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support Maintain accurate and timely documentation and compliance Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards

Compensation

  • $87,000-$105,000
