  • The Multi-Skilled Operator is the highest operator role in the day-to-day production process, working closely with the (Shift) Supervisor / Team Leader.

Requirements

  • The Multi-Skilled Operator typically combines proficiency in the specialized use of materials, equipment and tools with a broad practical work experience.
  • Depending on the size and structure of the production organization, the Multi-Skilled Operator may be capable / required to stand-in for supervisory roles in production.
