About the role
- Upward Health is an in-home, multidisciplinary medical group providing 24/7 whole-person care.
- Our clinical team treats physical, behavioral, and social health needs when and where a patient needs help.

Responsibilities
- Designs scalable, efficient workflows that improve care delivery and user experience
- This leadership role, reporting to the Director, Clinical Applications and Product Development, will manage a team of Clinical Applications Solutions Specialists and serve as a strategic partner to Clinical, Operational, and Product teams.
- Experience in clinical workflow design, process improvement, or clinical informatics
Requirements
- Expertise in EHR workflows, configuration, and optimization
Skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with clinical audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process design capabilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills aligned to business goals
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
- Key Behaviors:
- Translate business priorities into actionable roadmap items and workflow improvements
- Guide evaluation and implementation of Athena Marketplace vendors or third-party solutions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards
- Stay current on product releases and ensure team readiness for new features of all supported Clinical Applications
- Oversee development of training materials, job aids, and enablement strategies
- Ensure consistent documentation, governance, and change management practices
