Responsibilities
- Maintain respectful and positive relationships with team members and clients
- Collaborate with the Service Manager(s), Call Center Lead, and Warehouse Coordinator
- Support the coordination team with additional tasks as needed
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities
- A positive attitude, humility, and a drive to exceed expectations
- You'll manage schedules, optimize routes, and provide real-time support to ensure both our customers and team members have a seamless experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a dispatching or service coordination role
- Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting

- Utilize CRM software (ServiceTitan preferred) to track schedules and job details
- 2-4 years of dispatching experience in a trades or service company preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems (ServiceTitan a plus)
Compensation
- $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
- Competitive Salary between $50,000 - $60,000 annually (compensation based on experience)
