Shred Team Line Techs are responsible for the efficient operation of the Shred Department.
Line Techs will work together as leaders in the department to accomplish our goals.

As a member of the Shred Team, associates will be expected to solve problems, address production difficulties, and perform daily tasks.
Line Techs are expected to achieve production goals by working collaboratively as a team and will be expected to involve other support teams in production issues as appropriate.

Accurately completes required paperwork on a daily basis.
The ability to work effectively under pressure is critical to this position.
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and be productive in high pressure, fast paced situations.
