About the role

  • We're looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented operator to serve as the on-the-ground owner of our clinic environments across defined regions.
  • You'll be the person ensuring our physical spaces consistently meet a high bar-for both patient experience and team functionality-while also playing a critical role in opening new clinics smoothly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and triage incoming tickets (repairs, maintenance, space issues), ensuring timely resolution
  • Act as the local execution lead for new clinic openings in your region
  • Partner with central teams on timelines, checklists, and issue escalation
  • We believe that providing the best care for children starts with building the best possible team.
