About the role
- A dynamic NYC-based trading firm is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join its growing compliance team.
- The team is charged with establishing, implementing and maintaining adequate policies and procedures to ensure compliance of the firm with its legal and regulatory obligations.
Responsibilities
- Our team constantly seeks new opportunities, analyzes their risks and rewards, and creates strategies and tools to capitalize on them.
Nice to have
- The candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, impeccable professional background, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently, organization, superior attention to detail, and ability to multitask are required.
- Strong knowledge of key compliance areas and strong ability to work with spreadsheets are required.
Compensation
- $75,000 - $100,000 USD
- Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.
- Range reflects annual base salary.
- Total compensation packages are comprised of base salary and a discretionary bonus.
- Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000.
