About the role
- We're looking for a Customer Operations Lead to own the customer-facing work that cannot or should not be automated with AI.
- You'll own the systems around successful customer activation and engagement as the implementation counterpart to our GTM Engineers https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/hud/73f8f790-4ce3-46c3-8fa8-e1c5fc06986e.
Responsibilities
- Jump into customer conversations when a human touch is needed to build trust, clarify context, or move things forward
- Build lightweight systems that streamline workflows or makes resolving problems easier the next time they occur
Requirements
- Experience in customer operations, business operations, consulting, or similar roles
- Demonstrated judgement in customer-facing situations - you know when to be helpful, when to push back, and when to escalate
- Comfort managing many small but important threads at once
- Early-stage startup experience with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with RL, e.g., you know what environments, evals, and benchmarks are
