About the role

  • The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement operations to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
  • Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service level agreements, and renewal terms with vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Maintain the system of records
  • Leads quarterly business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Uses data and AI to recommend and drive faster decision-making
  • Manage procurement staff located in the United States, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring alignment across global teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
  • 3+ years managing teams, preferably across multiple geographic regions.
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and procurement tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards, procurement reports, and spend analytics.
  • Understanding of cloud pricing models (FinOps), Software licensing expertise
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract structures, and sourcing strategies
  • Experience with procurement reporting tools and data analysis

Nice to have

  • Experience working with global procurement teams, including offshore operations such as India.
  • Experience working with suppliers in global regions that provide cost-efficient purchasing opportunities.
  • Experience with major technology vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms (ServiceNow and Workday is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Value Chain Management and PMP are a plus.
  • Vendor cost savings and negotiated value
  • Procurement cycle time improvements

Compensation

  • "The target compensation range for this position is $125k - $135k annually.
