About the role
- What You'll Be Doing Handle a variety of general maintenance and handyman tasks, including painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, drywall repairs, door and window fixes, ceiling tile replacement, and light masonry.
- Respond to routine and occasional emergency maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Use a smartphone app to receive work orders, document progress, and close out jobs.
- Help maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites.
Requirements
- Experience with general maintenance or handyman work (professional experience or strong hands-on skills).
