Responsibilities
- Network Design and Planning: Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, conduct feasibility studies, perform capacity planning, and manage cell site equipment layout and parameter definition.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and optimize network performance, troubleshoot issues, analyze RAN data, and perform RF optimization and capacity management.
- Implementation and Configuration: Deploy network solutions, conduct testing and validation, manage configurations, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless RAN systems.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, provide customer support, and coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization activities with various teams.
- As a Sr. Specialist RAN Engineering, you will be responsible for providing expert radio frequency (RF) engineering and Radio Access Network (RAN) design engineering to ensure robust and efficient network performance.

Requirements
- Required Experience:
- 2+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in a Technical or Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills
- A professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems.
- Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions.
- Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships.
- Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.
- Handle complex RAN engineering tasks; expand expertise in RAN technologies.
Compensation
- $94,300.00 - $141,500.00
