About the role

  • Reporting to the Chief People Officer in this on-site role, this individual is responsible for ensuring that Zevra Therapeutics corporate office day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • He/she will serve as a first point of contact for general office coordination and operational needs and play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Manage inventory of office, food and kitchen supplies and related vendors.
  • Maintain organized shared spaces.
  • Administrative Support: Provide calendar management support, travel coordination and expense report assistance for managers.
  • Work collaboratively with C-Suite executive assistant and provide support as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain schedules effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Manage inventory of office, food and kitchen supplies and related vendors.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, or HR administrative support roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with all levels of staff and visitors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management.
  • All candidate submissions must be coordinated through our Human Resources team and require a prior written agreement.

  • Schedule internal meetings and trainings and assist in planning and executing team and Company events, including setup and post-event cleanup.
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new employees, including workspace preparation and orientation.
