Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
  • Create, update and maintain electrical construction schedule
  • Review, create and modify work breakdown structures (WBS)
  • Create and maintain Resource Loaded Schedules

Requirements

  • Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and OPC (Oracle Primavera Cloud).
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Scheduler utilizing Primavera P6

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus

Compensation

  • $136,900.00-$179,700.00 Annual
  • The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
  • Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.

  • The Senior Project Scheduler is the Lead Scheduler on each project assigned to him or her.
  • The Senior Project Scheduler is ultimately responsible for driving the development and implementation of project schedule.
  • Keeping both Site Project Management and Corporate Management updated and informed with the project vitality.
  • Able to identify potential delays and impacts in advance of project delays.
