Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards and analytical reports to proactively track and monitor quality metrics, providing the visibility needed for teams to meet performance standards
  • Decode and analyze complex performance datasets to pinpoint the exact levers that optimize patient service levels and accelerate clinical trial delivery
  • Lead both high-frequency reporting and deep-dive ad hoc analytics to keep business initiatives on track and aligned with organizational goals
  • Partner with departmental leaders across the entire value chain to gather necessary information, ensuring accurate tracking performance with the goal of cross-functional improvements
  • A deep-seated curiosity to uncover the "why" behind the numbers, with the ability to create and support a narrative based on quantitative findings

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is required
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential for pulling together disparate data sets
  • you can translate vague business problems into structured analytical projects and pivot as priorities change
  • Serve as a business consultant to the operations team and a technical point of contact for strategic customers when required.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, enterprise performance, or a similar strategic role.

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.
