About the role

  • This appointment is as-needed not to exceed six (6) months or 1040 work hours during any fiscal year.
  • The San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) is dedicated to connecting our diverse communities to learning, opportunities and each other.

Responsibilities

  • Performs DOT (Department of Transportation) and CHP (CA Highway Patrol) inspections and completes appropriate forms.
  • Maintains and records statistical data on the number of bins, items, and articles delivered and collected.

Requirements

  • License must have no restriction on driving vehicles with air brakes.
  • Experience claimed in self-employment will only be accepted if supported by documents verifying income, earnings, business license and experience comparable to minimum qualifications above.
  • Copies of income tax papers or other documents listing occupation and total earnings must be submitted.
