About the role

This appointment is as-needed not to exceed six (6) months or 1040 work hours during any fiscal year.
The San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) is dedicated to connecting our diverse communities to learning, opportunities and each other.
With a collection of more than 3.7 million items, and circulation exceeding 14 million each year, SFPL serves more than 4 million visitors annually.

Performs DOT (Department of Transportation) and CHP (CA Highway Patrol) inspections and completes appropriate forms.
Maintains and records statistical data on the number of bins, items, and articles delivered and collected.

License must have no restriction on driving vehicles with air brakes.
Experience claimed in self-employment will only be accepted if supported by documents verifying income, earnings, business license and experience comparable to minimum qualifications above.
Copies of income tax papers or other documents listing occupation and total earnings must be submitted.
