About the role

  • The Senior Director, Product Management is a key role within the Government Solutions/ Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) organization, the fastest growing business unit within Equifax.
  • This role balances Local, State, and Federal Government market short term execution priorities with long term growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current/future business and position of the solution along with other Government products.
  • Perform an objective analysis of a potential market opportunity to provide a basis for investment. Articulate learnings in the market and quantify the risk, including a financial model.
  • Collaborate across functions in order to rapidly deliver new or enhanced solutions to the market. Make quick and effective decisions while considering many complicated competing forces in order to hit deadlines and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to develop and maintain key buyer and user personas
  • Understand how clients use our solutions (delivery, on-boarding, experience, etc.); Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to develop and maintain key buyer and user personas; Understand the buying process.

Requirements

  • Must be able to move between understanding strategy, setting a plan and executing a plan seamlessly.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B product management or related role in a complex business environment, including experience with go to market strategy development.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytical skills as evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, assess market opportunities/viability, and evaluate competitive threats.
  • Master's Degree

Nice to have

  • Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred.​
