Compensation

  • This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.

  • Modeling Safety - Being a safety-minded team player who will contribute to the protection of all employee owners.
  • Prepare Materials - Performing sanding of countertops to customer specifications
  • Packaging - Preparing and labeling countertops for shipment.

  • Key Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous Carpentry experience
  • Ability to do physical labor including lifting of up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day
