About the role

  • Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
  • Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- Operations, MFG., R&D, ENG, Supply Chain.
  • Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  • Support overall NA Ops Leaders with commercial finance responsibilities focused on product line and customer revenue analysis.
  • Leads as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • With operations in over 120 countries, we are developing and deploying industry-leading technologies and services to take energy forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in Finance).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Nice to have

  • SAP/HFM/Anaplan/cFIN working knowledge preferred.
