About the role
- License renewals paid by company, vehicle reimbursement plan, company cell phone, safety and tool accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project sales professionals.
- A leading mechanical services organization is seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team while directly contributing to project sales success.
- This role blends leadership, sales strategy, and technical expertise to drive repair/replace, and design-build project opportunities across diverse markets.
- Drive prospecting, pipeline development, and closing of service project contracts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed booking targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, procurement, and delivery.
- Support forecasting, billing, and profitability tracking.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and project lifecycle.
- Lead effective sales presentations and proposal development.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred.
Compensation
- Salary in the range of $90-$150K, plus incentive earnings
