Responsibilities
- Architect and design AI-driven, end-to-end supply chain transformations, providing strategic guidance on system and data architecture.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose long-term, scalable solutions.
- Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes across the organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain RapidResponse resources, ensuring seamless integration into the existing supply chain planning ecosystem
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
- OR Master's degree and/or PhD in
- Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience.
- 5+ years of functional experience in business analysis, system integration, and solution delivery.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro)
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
- Proven experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions.
Nice to have
- Prior semiconductor experience is a plus
