About the role

We're looking for a strategic, people-first leader to join our team as a Head of People.
This person will oversee Human Resources, Recruiting, and Workplace Experience, shaping the culture and programs that make Closinglock one of the best places to work.
You'll be the architect of our employee experience-from hiring and onboarding to engagement, development, and retention-ensuring our people feel supported, motivated, and proud to be part of our journey.

Build and execute a people strategy that aligns with Closinglock's growth goals and values.
Develop programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Drive initiatives around company culture, employee recognition, and professional development.
Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational design.
A strong communicator who can build trust across all levels of the organization.
Passion for building culture, fostering belonging, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
Lead initiatives that make Closinglock an inspiring, supportive, and fun place to work

6+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
Experience scaling people programs at a fast-growing tech or startup environment.
