About the role
- It serves engineers, product managers, and customer enablement teams.
- You will work on the dashboard experience, including how it looks, feels, and functions.
- UI library - The Ampersand UI library is a set of embeddable React components and hooks that Ampersand customers put into their application for their customers to set up their integrations.
Responsibilities
- Strong communication skills; you can articulate design decisions and push back when something isn't right.
- Engineers here write their own feature docs and own their decisions
- Strong product intuition - you can work directly with customers to design features, not just implement specs
- This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build the connectivity infrastructure for AI.
Requirements
- UI Prototyping - You have the freedom to come up with idea and rapidly prototype them using AI tools.
- You are not afraid to dive into the backend and make PRs to unblock yourself.
Nice to have
- 4+ years engineering and designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, enterprise software, or technical products
- Great taste in what makes developer tools intuitive
- ideally you've shipped customer-facing developer products before
