  • The CRB Project Director (PD) is a role that while directly reporting to the Director of Construction Leader.
  • This position is responsible for supporting business operations, negotiating contracts, working with estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Execution Strategy
  • Design/Pre-con Leadership
  • Build a healthy, high-performing team (CRB, Sub-consultants, Owner, and Trade Partners)
  • Includes internal team, external partners, and client.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects. (Chartering, Safety, Design, Pre-Construction, Permitting, Construction, Document Control, Procurement, C&Q, Automation, Consulting), and through the warranty period
  • Ensure the CRB Team understands and maintains Standard of Care throughout the project.
  • Provide input to build strategies, logistics, and sequencing.
  • Lead the CRB team and the owner through Business Case Alignment and Chartering Phases
  • Lead PEP Development
  • Partners with preconstruction group to plan the project for success (e.g., constructability, procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting and costing).

Requirements

  • Ensure all required management tools, systems, and best practices are set up and utilized.
  • Coordinate with A/E to ensure proper flow of required packages.
