About the role

Responsibilities
- Support large-scale operations including convention center programming and amphitheater events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Partner with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and guest engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members
- Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, and Events teams to execute group business, catering events, and activations at the highest level.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service across all outlets.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high-performing team.
- Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team members; promote a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation in food and beverage offerings, programming, and guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience in a full-service or luxury hotel environment.
- Experience managing multiple outlets and large-scale banquet or convention operations required.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of Marriott systems and brand standards preferred.
