Summary NCD is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing Data team.

Together, let's drive change and take NCD to new heights.
You will work hands-on in BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran-fed datasets, Omni and/or Power BI, and increasingly with Claude and other AI tools to accelerate SQL development, documentation, QA, and stakeholder support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted reporting.
Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and recurring data outputs in Omni and/or Power BI for teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, Member Experience, and leadership.
Write and validate SQL.
Use SQL in BigQuery to analyze data, investigate business questions, troubleshoot discrepancies, and create reliable datasets for reporting and decision-making.
Support dbt data modeling.
Build, test, document, and maintain dbt models under the guidance of more senior team members, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, reusability, and business trust.
Help define metrics, document data sources, identify inconsistencies, perform QA, and improve confidence in dashboards, models, and recurring reports.
Partner with business teams.
