About the role

  • Flight Scheduling is one of the pillars of the Planning & Performance (P&P) organization within AIR Supply Chain and Analytics (SC&A).
  • The team is responsible for setting the course for Amazon AIR to continuously raise the bar for customers by delivering the best possible mix of fast delivery speeds, low costs, and superior quality and reliability across the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Your recommendations will balance customer experience with cost effectiveness, and your work will have a measurable impact on Amazon's end to end transportation ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
