About the role
- Leidos has an immediate opening for a Program Finance Manager to join our Civilian Enterprise team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, tracking, and reporting across programs supporting the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State.
- Provide data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews.
Responsibilities
- Significant interface with the Program Operation Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations.
- Implement financial policies and procedures in support of the program.
- Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, develop schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), budgets, and assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance.
- US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications
- such as: Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, Insight, and Cost Point.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- such as: Project, Excel, and Word.

Compensation
- Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
