About the role
- The Logistics Supervisor serves as a liaison between the GE Warehouse Leadership and the GE operation.
- The Logistics Supervisor upholds all QMP's and work instructions.
- Responsible for instilling and maintaining good relationships and working conditions with all Crescent People and Customers both inside and outside of the account through proper execution and championing the Crescent Way.
Responsibilities
- The position is responsible for leading operational and/or support departments including all aspects of shipping and receiving, scheduling, inventory management, quality management.

- Act as a liaison to shipping/warehouse associates and leads, ensuring all order and work requirements are successfully always communicated and maintain an open line of communication with the customer
Requirements
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm's length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- High average to above average general intelligence, good common sense and an ability to learn and apply lessons from direct experience
- Ability to anticipate and look ahead

Nice to have
- Associates Degree in Business or technical field
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years related experience or the equivalent
- Experience leading teams or projects preferred
Compensation
- $60k-$70k
